Custom sign manufacturing company, Sign Effectz (Glendale, WI) has hired Sandy Howell as office manager. She brings more than 15 years of business-management and accounting experience to this position. Her primary role will be managing general accounting functions, as well as daily business operations. Howell will also administer the company’s HR department, including recruiting, employee placement and employee labor relations.
