Signshop Foils a Client’s Go-To Scheme for Receiving Discounts

A True P.I.A. Customer

We had a really great exterior push-through that just worked. It was gorgeous. The customer complained about everything. I am looking at that sign, thinking it could win an art contest, and still the customer complains. I checked around and found that this pain in the a– complains to every other company about everything to get a discount after completion. He withheld final payment. We filed a lien and got paid, but I wish I had checked on that customer before I spent the time. I would have just said no and let a competitor deal with him.
