Something Is Fishy

As I drove down the Pacific Coast Hwy. (PCH) one day, a huge building drew my attention. The Wheel Store is a San Diego-area operation that sells custom wheels and hubcaps. Its on-premise identity, however, definitely needed help. Its 1970s-era, faded, red and blue stripes stood against a white background with weathered signs that identified the store.
