STAHLS’ (St. Clair Shores, MI) collaborated with Fanatics, the Atlanta Braves and MLB Players Inc. to create on-demand personalized jerseys for fans at the 2025 MLB All-Star Game and Home Run Derby in Atlanta, according to a press release.

Stahls’ brought its Hotronix Air Fusion IQ and Dual Air Fusion IQ heat presses to multiple retail locations throughout the stadium to customize official jerseys for fans in real time. Behind the scenes, the company’s Decorating Fulfillment Center prepared hundreds of blank jerseys and produced sublimated twill graphics for National League and American League rosters.

The event was the first ever live deployment of Stahls’ Fulfill Engine, which combines order intake, personalization, inventory coordination and royalty reporting, during an MLB event, the release states.
