SELECTED BY OUR editors and the previous year’s winners from more than 140 nominations, the five recipients of our 2026 Women in Signs Awards stand on the cusp of rapid industry changes brought about by artificial intelligence. For some, the new technological wave mirrors their own signmaking experience before computers came to dominate. Reflecting on their journeys through the sign industry, the five winners demonstrate their abilities to teach, learn and lead, imbuing each project with attention and care while managing busy schedules.

Congratulations to Our Winners:

We wish to offer our special thanks to our 2026 judges:

  • Ashley Baumeister, production/installation manager, Fastsigns Clearwater/Largo (Clearwater, FL)
  • Sarah Flax, director of supply chain, Cima Network Inc. (Chalfont, PA)
  • Mallory Lynn, marketing manager, Signarama Brighton (Brighton, CO)
  • Torey Rouillon, director of project management, National Branding (Troy, MI)
  • Lauren Terwilliger, owner, Pocono Sign Co. (Lakeville, PA)
