Technical Support Tool

Wasatch Computer Technology (Salt Lake City) is releasing SoftRIP™ Service Data Uploader. The technical support tool is a standard feature that automatically sends key system configurations and settings directly to the Wasatch technical-support team via the Internet. Data collected and transmitted include printer settings, imaging configurations, software-revision data and affected problem files.

After initiating the process via phone or email, users launch the Uploader through the SoftRIP help menu. The user enters basic contact information and a brief description of the problem. The tool is enabled and accessible during the free, 90-day, tech-support package included with the purchase or upgrade of the current version of Wasatch SoftRIP.

Phone: (800) 894-1544; www.wasatchinc.com.
