Town Responds to Removal of Hospital Group’s Signage

150 signs from the Save South Muskoka Hospital Group in Bracebridge, ON, Canada, were removed from trees and poles, road allowances, site triangles, and other areas, according to a report by their local source, South Muskoka Doppler. A press release was issued by the town following the removal of the signs as the public was concerned with their displacement. 

All unpermitted signs were removed from the properties because they did not meet setback requirements or were not in compliance with sign bylaw provisions that apply across the municipality on all lands for a variety of organizations, including contractors, charities, events, elections, and more.
