Use This Key Word to Make Any Customer Request Your Mission

“Personally.” It’s a single word with amazing power.

WHEN TO USE IT? When you want to emphasize something will be given priority. For example, “Mr. Sanders, I will take care of your incorrect order,” versus “Mr. Sanders, I will personally take care of your incorrect order.” Explains networking expert Scott Ginsberg: “You’ve committed. You’ve made it personal. You’ve instilled confidence in Mr. Sanders that you’re accountable for the mistake, even if it wasn’t your fault.”
