Value Vinyls (Grand Prairie, TX) is introducing three PET, scrimless vinyls with a smooth, matte finish. The company says they can be screen- or digitally printed and are suitable for pressure-sensitive lettering. All three are designed for indoor or short-term outdoor use. The Rio PET 16 oz. Opaque Ultra Smooth is designed to be high-heat tolerant and latex-ink compatible, while a similar, 13-oz. product can be printed on a single side and backlit. Finally, a 13-oz., grey-back vinyl is designed to minimize show-through. The vinyl comes in rolls up to 126 in. wide.

The company is also introducing a coated, 16-oz. FR (front lit) vinyl designed for heavy-duty use, including in outdoor environments with high winds and cold weather.
