Arizona’s stunning natural beauty makes it an extremely popular tourist destination (and a transplant magnet – on my several trips to the Grand Canyon State, most I’ve met hail from the Upper Midwest). For those want an extreme-close-up look at the Valley of the Sun’s flora and fauna, Desert Dog Adventures provides an in-depth experience (more quickly, and for less strain and expense, than a burro ride through the Grand Canyon).

Desert Dog’s proprietors hired bluemedia (Tempe, AZ) to outfit the Hummer fleet it employs for such expeditions with wraps. The shop designed the wrap with Adobe Creative Suite 6, and printed the wrap on an HP Scitex TurboJet 8300 latex-ink printer with 3M Controltac with Comply air-release media. To keep the yellow resonant amidst the harsh Arizona climate, bluemedia applied 3M Scotchcal 8518 gloss-finish overlaminate on a GBC Arctic Titan 3 2064WF-1 wide-format pressure laminator.
