Signs of the Times is proud to announce the winners of the 2024 Women in Signs awards. Sponsored by the International Sign Association (ISA), Fujifilm, Fellers and Mimaki, the fourth-annual program honors exceptional women who have excelled in ownership/management, fabrication, installation, design, sales or marketing.

The 2024 winners are …

  • Brandi Pulliam Blanton, VP of operations, Agnew Sign & Awning (West Monroe, LA)
  • Ashley Borell, CEO, Steel Art Co. (Norwood, MA)
  • Megan Bradley, account representative, Sunshine Sign Co. (North Grafton, MA)
  • Alicia Brothers, senior project manager, Poblocki Sign Co. (Boston)
  • Christine Hykawy, welder, City Image Signs (Edmonton, AB, Canada)

In February, we put out a call for nominees who spurred innovation, fueled business growth or otherwise made a significant, positive impact within their sign company, industry association or sign-associated philanthropic organization. We received 140 entries for more than 100 individual nominees throughout North America.

After we narrowed the field to the 27 most impressive nominees, our industry panel of esteemed judges — all of whom were winners in previous years — chose the five recipients using a points-based system.

Thank you to our 2024 judges:

  • Kelsey Dalton McClellan, owner, Heart and Bone Signs (Chicago)
  • Indu Sanka, CEO, Red Elephant (Lewisville, TX)
  • Elizabeth Arenella Toynes, partner, Studio Dzo (Austin, TX)
  • Nancy Wilde, owner, Wilde Signs (Vernon, BC, Canada)

The 2024 Women in Signs winners will each be featured in STs April issue, as well as online, and will be celebrated during a cocktail reception at 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 11 at the ISA International Sign Expo in Orlando, FL (Booth #2900). Congratulations to the winners, thanks to our judges, our sponsors and all who participated, and stay tuned for more details.
