3 Words to Say When Selling Interior Wayfinding

WHEN TO SAY IT: When selling an interior package. I can typically gain trust with clients when I downsell them on the number of signs … I explain how oversigning will ultimately hurt their wayfinding efforts and dilute their brand message. More often than not it closes the deal when the prospect comes to understand that I care about their space, their message and their wayfinding more than I do the dollar volume.
