Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions (Mentor, OH) is presenting MPI 1105 Supercast, an ultra-conformable cast material that combines a PVC facestock and a long-term, removable adhesive. Avery offers the media with Easy Apply™ air-egress technology to minimize wrinkles and bubbles; the “RS” construction allows material sliding and repositioning. The company also offers a Gloss Opaque LTR formulation that allows easy removability from long-term installations. Additional material features include:
• Stable printing performance across all ink platforms, conformability to complex rivets and corrugations;
• Conformability to complex curves, rivets and corrugations;
• High gloss and white point to enhance color depth and ink efficiency;
• Long-term removability with an uncovered, laminated or liquid clearcoat-applied film;
• And, an optional ICS performance guarantee
The company is also offering new overlaminates – DOL 1000Z, DOL 1300A and DOL1460Z – that are designed to pair with the new MPI 1105 Supercast films.
