BRADLEY DEHAAN, owner of Jig Sign (Mabank, TX), a wholesale manufacturer of (mostly) trimless channel letters, briefly introduces and demonstrates a number of “small tools that make a big difference” in channel letter manufacturing, as he describes the tools.

DeHaan demos the Malco Hole Cutter, the automatic M12 Rivet Tool from Milwaukee Tools, a pneumatic rivet tool, the Hanson Rivet Squeezer, the Ryobi File Belt Sander and more. In under eight minutes, DeHaan explains when and how these tools are most helpful while showing how they work.
