Design Specialty Inc. (Colorado Springs, CO) is debuting its 3LCS two-circuit lighting controller, designed specifically for flashing and animating low-power neon and incandescent hanging signs. The product includes an 8-ft. grounded power cord, on/off switch, a grounded duplex electrical outlet and a solid-state control module with an external rate control.

All components are housed in a flame-retardant plastic case that measures 4 3/8 x 3 1/8 x 2 in. and has mounting tabs for easy installation. The fused, protected, control module reportedly is capable of 3 amps-per-circuit power switching.
