Cooley Group (Pawtucket, RI) has completed its certification as an ISO 9001:2008-compliant organization. This international quality standard was developed by the Intl. Organization for Standardization (ISO), a worldwide federation of national-standards bodies that represents more than 120 countries.

The ISO 9001:2008 standard provides a true and tested systematic framework for managing a company’s manufacturing processes. It identifies the steps that result in consistent performance and operational efficiency. The most important goal of ISO certification is continuous improvement through the use of internal and external audits and process documentation.
