HP Scitex (Palo Alto, CA) has initiated its Graphics Elite Industrial Program by signing a national distribution agreement with its business development partner Prisco (Newark, NJ), to bolster HP’s industrial, large-format distribution strategy. Prisco, a leading, North American manufacturer and supplier of pressroom chemistry and process control equipment, through its PriscoDigital division, will sell HP Scitex’s complete, printing solutions portfolio, including printers, inks and accessories, directly to U.S. customers. The agreement allows HP to reach new customers, and its resellers to expand offerings in existing clients.

HP will support the program, provide extensive reseller training and, also, continue to provide new customers with HP installation, equipment service and in-house training. Steve Zunde, president of Prisco Digital, is a past executive of both Scitex Vision and Hewlett-Packard HP: (800)289-6947;www.hp.com; Prisco: (973) 589-7800; www.prisco.com
