If You Wanted a Better Sign, You Should’ve Listened to Me the First Time

Things you wanted to say to frustrating clients, but didn’t.

To a real-estate agent, who stated that we should have insisted that she purchase more expensive [and durable] signage for branding on a high-school stadium scoreboard. After balking at the reasonably priced best option, she said she wanted to go “super cheap.” So, we came up with a way to mount a banner to the back of the scoreboard. After two hurricanes in five months, the banner failed and needed to be removed. The customer was furious that the banner didn’t withstand the winds.

Woulda Coulda Shouldas are collected from the Signs of the Times Brain Squad and shared anonymously.
