Bobby W. Mitchell, who began working in the sign industry in Columbus, OH in 1963, passed away November 8. Mitchell began his career at Rite Way sweeping floors. Later, he worked closely with his brother, Tom Branham, of Branham Sign (Reynoldsburg, OH), and quickly progressed in the industry. Later, Mitchell owned and operated Accurate Signs Inc., a wholesale sign-construction company. Although Accurate closed in the 1990s, Mitchell remained an advocate for the sign industry until his death.
