Inca Digital (Hanover Park, IL) is announcing its 123.6 x 63-in. Inca Onset R40i flatbed, UV-cure printer as an addition to its Inca Onset line. The 1,200-dpi R40i features 14-pL Fujifilm Dimatix Spectra (high-productivity) printheads and images with CMYK, Lm, Lc and white inks. It also features Onset’s dynamic, scalable-architecture platform. Further, you can specify a four-color ink configuration, or up to eight channels — two for white ink.
Other options comprise UV-cure lamps, automation, speed modes, electronics and software. The printers support Inca’s Print Run Controller software for variable-data printing. In addition, the Onset R40i is compatible with Inca’s flexible-automation system that allows you to operate manually, semi-manually or with three-quarter automation.
