International Light Technologies (ILT), Peabody, MA, is introducing the next generation of its Ascent™ LED sign modules. The company states that the product is 95% brighter with the same power consumption. Available in 1 x 3 and 2 x 3 configurations, the modules are arranged three per linear ft., in 10-ft. strips. The products use the same 12V, 60W power supply.
The UL-listed (in the U.S. and Canada) products are available in 6,500k, 5,100k and special- order 3,500k color temperatures. Applications include channel letters (face and halo), internally illuminated sign cabinets, architectural lighting, and accent and cove lighting.
The back of each module includes 3M VHB double-faced tape; mechanical fasteners are also included for a secure installation. The 100% potted modules are IP67 rated for water resistance, the company reports.
