LED Linear Light

OptiLED (Irvine, CA), a manufacturer of LED lighting systems, is introducing an LED linear light that incorporates optical technology and LED product designs. The OptiLED CHIP Linear Optical Array features the OptiLED CHIP, which is built with Light Prescription Innovators’ patented optical technologies. That technology provides focused beams of light, energy savings, and a lamp that is safe to touch and can be used near flammable surfaces, the company reports.

The product operates on any existing voltage system and has a standard base for retrofitting most installations. It doesn’t require power to be distributed from low-voltage power supplies housed in NEMA enclosures. The product can be mounted to a flat surface and rotated up to 180°, and the light can be further directed at various beam angles in elliptical or spherical patterns with lower loss of light, according to the company.
