Lord Corp. (Cary, NC) is introducing the Lord 400 line of acrylic adhesives, which includes Lord 403, 406 and 410. The adhesives are designed for use on metals and engineered plastics with minimal surface preparation at temperatures between -40 to 300º F. Complete cure requires 24 hours at room temperature.

The company says the adhesives resist alkalis, solvents, greases, oils, moisture, salt spray and weathering. The adhesives are certified by UL for use with cold-rolled steel, stainless steel and aluminum. When stored unopened, the 400 line products have a six-month shelf life.
