Mutoh America Inc. (Phoenix) is offering a three-year warranty on its Kona cutting plotters. The cutters process signage, decals and contour cuts, and are sold in 30- (760 model), 55- (1400) and 65-in. (1600) widths. The machines integrate a laser-based, optical sensor, which provides automatic job recognition and contour and cut-through alignment. The machines now feature an automatic sheet-off mechanism, which provides a durable, rotating blade with four cutting sides.
