Mutoh America, Inc. (Phoenix) is releasing its ValueJet Status Monitor (VSM) software application that monitors the health and status of Mutoh ValueJet printers free to Mutoh customers. VSM monitors ink levels, heater settings, firmware updates, and color output. The system is currently available for Mutoh’s VJ-1324, 1624, and 1608HS printers. It also looks at output consistency and notifies you of problems via email or smart phone. Further, via any software-installed computer, you can Internet check ink levels and heater temperatures.
