Federal Heath Sign Co. (Oceanside, CA) announced that Jay Jones assumed the position of operations manager of the Oceanside manufacturing facility. Jones began his career with Federal Heath in 1983 where he was a letter fabricator in their Euless, TX operation. In 2008 he accepted a position as an estimator and in 2014 he was promoted to production manager for manufacturing operations.
Besides the daily demands of leading the Oceanside team, Jones will be paramount in coordinating and standardizing the manufacturing processes used in both the Oceanside and Euless facilities.
