New Pig Spill-Containment System

PIG Bladder designed to expand to hold up to 55 gallons of liquid

Published

on

New Pig (Tipton, PA) is introducing its PIG® Bladder spill-containment deck for waste-collection and fluid-dispensing areas. The 5.75-in.-tall deck surface keeps drums and containers at comfortable working levels, but self-deploys to provide up to 55 gallons of fluid containment in the event of a major spill. The system features a patented, flow-through sump design that allows liquid to pass freely from one sump to another, which aids spill-containment compliance. Also, the Bladder system’s bulkhead fittings and predrilled ports allow it to be connected to any PIG spill deck to increase storage and sump capacity. Made from high-density polyethylene, the system resists UV rays, rust, corrosion and most chemicals.
