Océ Arizona 318 GL UV flatbed printer

Published

on

Océ (Trumbull, CT), a Canon Group Co., is introducing its Océ Arizona® 318 GL UV flatbed printer, designed as a capable, introductory-level printer that allows smaller shops to produce high-quality, UV-cure, flatbed printing. Delivered and installed at almost half the usual price (sans software and accessories), the Arizona 318 GL UV, equipped with Océ VariaDot® imaging technology, offers the same platform and application versatility as Océ’s popular Arizona 360 GT printer.
The 318 GL UV accepts 49.2 x 98.4-in. rigid media up to 1.89 inches thick. In Express Mode, it images up to 194 sq. ft./hr. The true flatbed, vacuum-table allows full-bleed, edge-to-edge printing; it will also print multiple boards simultaneously; process registered double-sided prints or print large displays tiled over several boards. Further, it will handle irregularly shaped or non-square items, heavy substrates, smooth media (i.e., glass) or such rough surface materials as plywood or framed canvas.
ONYX® PosterShop® X10 Océ Edition software option includes advanced, custom nesting and white ink tools. The factory-installed white-ink option enables spot, under- and over-printing; a roll-media option is also available. 800-714-4427 ; www.oceusa.com /odgs
