Oracal USA (Black Creek, GA) has earned the 2009 Georgia Manufacturer of the Year designation or the small-company (fewer than 150 employees) category. The company moved to its current, 250,000-sq.-ft. facility three years ago and implemented manufacturing systems that reportedly maximize energy efficiency and minimize polluting emissions. Oracal has also made significant contributions to local schools and businesses to promote graphic-design careers.
