Jacob Rieskamp Signs of the Times November 2007 Issue

Carroll Media Services (CMS), Alpharetta, GA, offers pre-rides (essentially, driving to locations to assess them) and post-buy audits (monitoring and reporting outdoor placements) to outdoor-advertising clients. CMS allows clients to access its OutdoorAdTrak database, which comprises more than 36,000 images of creative outdoor campaigns.
