Palram Americas (Lehigh Valley, PA) has restructured its sales department to include new business-unit managers roles for Tim Cronrath, Phillip Lahr and Mike Morris. They’ll report directly to the senior VP sales/marketing and be responsible for all product and strategic aspects pertaining to their specific market segments.

Cronrath will serve the industrial-plastics and sign/graphic markets. Primary products include Palsun® polycarbonate, Palight® foamed PVC, Palclear® PVC, Palshield® bullet resistant and containment-grade laminated polycarbonate. The nine-year Palram veteran has 14 years’ experience in the plastics industry.

Lahr will concentrate on the retail/home-improvement and do-it-yourself markets. Primary products comprise Suntuf® corrugated polycarbonate, Suntop® foamed corrugated polycarbonate and Palruf® corrugated PVC. Including his 10-year term with Palram, Lahr has 17 years of experience in the retail, home-improvement market.

Mike Morris will focus on the building-products market, which includes Palight® trimboard and Paldeck® PVC decking products. With a six-year tenure with Palram, Morris has 16 years’ experience in the building-materials industry.

Palram created this new structure to allow the sales department to include a more customer-centric focus, by empowering those who are closer to the day-to-day operations.
