Roland DGA (Irvine, CA) has released its upgraded CAMM-1 GS-24 cutter that features a detachable stand, redesigned cutting carriage and blade holder that allow increased downforce of up to 350 g at speeds of up 20 in./sec. The GS-24 will cut vinyl, paint mask, reflective vinyl, twill, heat transfers and sandblast material. It also features a perforated cutting utility for the creation of labels and decals, and an overlap function (up to 10x) for cutting magnetic media and card stock. It ships with Roland CutStudio software, and a three-year warranty.
