Sign Craft Industries (Indianapolis) has promoted Vice President and General Manager Phil Sheingold to COO. Responsible for sales and operations, Sheingold joined the company in 2007 after having led his own company, PLM, which focused on operational, engineering and logistics efficiencies and improvements. Previously, he had served as senior vice president, operations, for Brightpoint, a distributor of wireless voice and data products and a outsourced-services supplier. He also worded for 17 years in operations and engineering with such companies as Frito Lay, Quaker Oats-Gatorade/Snapple, and Sensient Technologies Flavor and Fragrance Div.
