Sign Effectz Inc. (Milwaukee) has appointed Fred Zabel as account manager. He will sell interior and
exterior building signage, as well as the company’s sign repair and maintenance services,
maintain existing accounts and develop new ones. Zabel observes, “A successful sign salesman must be a good consultant."
