on

Our message boards (also "Forums") are free and for your use, subject to the terms below. By posting a message, you are agreeing to these terms.

  1. You will not post any material that is knowingly false, misleading, or inaccurate.
  2. For Sale announcements may be placed in the For Sale message board ONLY. Advertisements may be placed for USED ITEMS, EXCESS EQUIPMENT and SPOT/DISCONTINUED INVENTORY ONLY. Ongoing marketing efforts, web site announcements, promotion of wholesale to the trade or solicitations of end users will be deleted. Advertising posted to other SignWeb message boards will be deleted. If you are interested in ongoing sales promotion for your products and services in SignWeb, please see our advertise section.
  3. You will not post messages intended to redirect SignWeb traffic to other sites (including eBay and company Web sites) or to competitive or unrelated sites.
  4. You will not behave in an abusive and/or hateful manner, and will not harrass, threaten, or attack anyone.
  5. You will not use profanity in our forums, and will neither post with language or content that is obscene, sexually oriented, or sexually suggestive nor link to sites that contain such content.
  6. You will respect other people's right to personal privacy and will not post any other person's identifying information (including their names, contact information, and any other relevant information) within the forum but your own.
  7. You will not use these forums to violate any laws nor to discuss illegal activities.
  8. You will not to impersonate any person or entity, forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any posting, nor collect or store personal data about other users.
  9. You will not post any copyrighted material, nor link to any copyrighted material (with the exception of publicly available sites and pages that the legal owners of the copyrights have created to make that material freely available to the general public), unless that copyright is owned by you or by these Forums.
  10. You will not use these Forums for the purposes of sharing or distributing viruses, licenses, registration information, software keys, "cracks," or other information designed to do harm to or allow unlawful access to any computer hardware, software, networks, or any other systems.
  11. You will not post advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or solicitations, all of which are inappropriate and prohibited in the Forums. You will not, furthermore, collect personal information about forum members for the purpose of sending them any such advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or solicitations through other means (email, messaging programs, etc.).
  12. You will not post messages that are clearly outside of the stated topic of any Forums nor disrupt a forum by deliberately posting repeated irrelevant messages or copies of identical messages (also known as "flooding").
  13. You will not attempt to access any protected sections of the sites or Forums, attempt to circumvent blocks established by Forum moderators or make use of any hacks, cracks, bug exploits, etc. to bypass or modify the features of the forum software at any SignWeb site.
  14. You will, if asked by a representative of the Forums, cease posting any content, and/or links to content, deemed offensive, objectionable, or in poor taste by the staff of the Forums.
  15. Message boards are not moderated and messages are not prescreened. If the editors become aware of inappropriate behavior, we will respond at our sole discretion. SignWeb, its editors, publishers and sponsors are in no way responsible for content posted in the message boards.
  16. By posting material on the message board you are irrevocably granting SignWeb exlusive copyright to the submission and the rights to modify it, use it commercially and/or authorize others to do so. Anyone is free to use the information contained in a posting at their own risk.
  17. It is strictly prohibited to send unsolicited commercial e-mail, threatening or harassing e-mail, or large volumes of unsolicited e-mail to message board participants.
  18. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the opinions, advice, products, equipment, services and information provided through the message boards.
  19. Continued disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. SignWeb reserves the right to deny your usage of the message board at any time without stated reason.
  20. SignWeb reserves the right (but is not obligated) to remove any material that violates this policy or that SignWeb deems harmful to other participants, merchants or information providers, or to the service or business interests of SignWeb. SignWeb cannot ensure the prompt editing or removal of content that violates this policy once it has been posted.
  21. This Acceptable Use Policy may be modified from time to time. It is the responsibility of posters to read and abide by all governing terms and conditions prior to posting.
  22. Your use of SignWeb's Message Boards indicates your acceptance of the terms of SignWeb's acceptable use policy and indicates your agreement to abide by the community standards.

If you find material that you feel violates this policy, you may send an e-mail containing the offending message's location to john.tymoski@stmediagroup.com. SignWeb does guarantee that any action will be taken as a result of your e-mail. (To capture the message location, click and hold your cursor over the message link, and choose "Copy this link location." Then paste the information into the body of the e-mail. It is also useful to include the material in question.)

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Please direct all questions regarding this policy to john.tymoski@stmediagroup.com
