Ultraflex (Randolph, NJ) is introducing Illumi-Pro™ UV BL backlit film. The 7.4-mil, PVC-free, polyethylene film is designed for high-speed, UV-cure-ink printing, and reportedly provides an enhanced white point that enables a fully backlit image. The material is printable on both sides – matte on one side, glossy on the other – and is recommended for banners, lightboxes and other backlit systems. Ultraflex offers the films in 40-86-in. widths and lengths up to 328 ft.
