The material is 70% open, and, according to the company, is designed for application on speakers; it allows soundwaves to pass through for optimal audio clarity. Also, its bright-white points help create graphics visible from long distances. Rio, which is sold in 126- and 196-in. widths, may be printed with UV-cure and solvent inks.
