Wrapmate Acquires Wrapify

Deal will enable companies to support nearly 2,000 vehicle wrap installers.

Wrapmate (Denver) announced that it has completed a majority investment in Wrapify (Solana Beach, CA), a company specializing in advertising on vehicle wraps, according to a press release from Wrapmate.

The combined operations, technologies and buying power of the two companies will support a network of nearly 2,000 car wrap installers and offer premium vehicle wraps produced on 3M film.

Both companies share a focus in streamlining the process of wrapping vehicles on a national scale. “Wrapmates has done an incredible job over the last four years leveraging technology to change how people buy and sell vehicle wraps,” James Heller, CEO and founder of Wrapify, is quoted in the release. “Nowe we can make better use of the 12-plus years of combined experience to delight our customers.”
