PRINTING United Alliance (Philadelphia) has announced PRINTING United Expo 2026, Sept. 23-25, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas. Recognized as the premier printing event in North America, PRINTING United Expo brings the entire industry together under one roof, spanning commercial, apparel, wide-format, labels and packaging, mailing, in-plant, industrial and more, according to a press release. Registration and full event details are available at printingunited.com.

What’s New at Expo 2026

The 2026 Expo launches with a newly redesigned website and enhanced digital experience, making it easier than ever for attendees to explore exhibitors, plan their visit and maximize time on the show floor. This year’s event continues its rapid growth, with the show floor already over 90% sold and nearly 650 exhibitors already signed up to showcase the latest equipment technologies, and solutions — many making their global debut in Las Vegas, per the release.

Attendees can expect a dynamic mix of the following:

  • Live equipment demonstrations and new product launches across every segment of print.
  • Education sessions covering the industry’s most critical and emerging topics, including automation, AI, workflow efficiency, sustainability and business growth opportunities.
  • Hands-on experiences designed to bring innovation to life and drive real-world applications, such as the Apparel Zone, the ASI Pavilion, Spill the Ink Roundtable discussions, Print-On-Demand area and much more.
  • Expanded PRINTING AI programming to help printers better understand, evaluate and implement artificial intelligence across their operations.
  • The industry’s most requested and coveted Opening Night Party returns on Sept. 23! Celebrate the show with your colleagues and peers as the big event kicks off.

Signs of the Times Editors Participating in Media Day and Exhibiting

ST Assistant Editor Mildred Nguyen and I will participate in PRINTING United’s Media Day, Sept. 22, the day before the expo begins. This is the third year Media Day will be held; Mildred and I attended the previous two. I’m looking forward to Media Day. It’s a terrific opportunity to get some focused time with exhibitor presentations and representatives without cutting into the valuable time of the show itself. You need all three days to try to see everything! Amanda Kliegl and her entire PRINTING United Alliance PR team do an absolutely first-rate job of taking care of the media professionals attending the show.

Signs of the Times, along with our sister publication, Big Picture, will also have a booth at the expo, details to follow.

In addition to the expansive show floor and education, PRINTING United Expo 2026 will feature a growing lineup of co-located meetings, global partnerships and industry collaborations, further solidifying its role as the central gathering place for the worldwide printing community, per the press release.

“PRINTING United Expo continues to raise the bar as the industry evolves, growing in both scale and impact each year,” Josh Carruth, EVP, Expositions, PRINTING United Alliance, is quoted in the press release. “We are delivering far more than a traditional trade show. This is where the industry comes to see what’s next, make meaningful connections and drive business forward. And, while 2026 is already shaping up to be the most exciting event yet on all fronts, we may have a few surprises left in store that we’ll be sharing in the coming weeks… stay tuned!”
