Arlon Graphics (Placentia, CA) is transitioning to end caps made from 100% recycled plastic, according to a news update.

The end caps will come in a variety of colors, reflecting the diversity of the recycled materials used in their manufacture, with the same durability and functionality for pre-existing packaging.

The move is part of a broader effort by Arlon to innovate and adapt to the growing need for sustainable practices in the graphics industry, following other initiatives such as the company’s VITAL range of non-PVC materials and use of renewable energy in manufacturing, the news update states. General Formulations also announced their transition to end caps made from scrap calendered vinyl in October 2024.

Arlon’s transition to recycled end caps will roll out across select products throughout 2026.
