CapitalSpring to Acquire Coast Sign

Coast Sign (Anaheim, CA) is to be acquired by CapitalSpring (Nashville), a middle market private investment firm, under a management partnership, according to a press release.

Coast Sign provides comprehensive signage services to blue-chip, multi-location brands across the US and North America, including sign design, project management, permitting, manufacturing, installation, post-installation servicing and repair. The sign company has been in business for over 60 years and currently operates a 100,000-sq.-ft. facility in Anaheim.
