A.W.T. World Trade Inc. (Chicago) is presenting Hercules™ UV-screenprinting equipment. The machine incorporates a six-color, carousel-style throughput that processes corrugated plastic, metal, plastic sheet and rigid sign boards up to ¼ in. thick at a maximum rate of 600 pieces/hr. The Hercules may also proof jobs after one single, print double-sided graphics and run multiple jobs simultaneously. Upgrades include brushless, AC motors with inverter controls on each print head and the choice of an electro-mechanical or servo-drive indexer. Available formats include 25 x 38 in., 30 x 40 in., 38 x 52 in., 40 x 55 in. and 50 x 75 in. The company also features Remote Diagnostics, an instant-service feature that reportedly reduces repair costs and downtime by up to 80%.
