(South Plainfield, NJ), which operates R Tape Corp. and Custom Extrusion Technologies, is announcing an investment by the company’s equity holders, Pouschine Cook Capital Partners II and Anchor Capital. Bud Philbrook, IGI’s CEO and president, said, “This became a necessary response to the unprecedented downturn in the economy and its impact on cash flow. The cash infusion permits us to focus on growth and invest in our future in such areas as product development.”
