Wade Swormstedt Signs of the Times June 2015 Issue

Intl. Imaging Materials, Inc. (IIMAK), Amherst, NY, a manufacturer of printing, imaging, and marking consumables, has acquired American Ink Jet Corp. (AIJC), effective June 1, 2015. This includes all formulae, brands, manufacturing assets and processes from AIJ to produce and distribute inkjet inks used for wide-format and desktop printers. Michael Andreottola, former AIJ president and CEO, has joined IIMAK to focus on new product development. IIMAK plans to keep the American Ink Jet brand name and will exhibit at the SGIA tradeshow in November.
