The International Sign Association (ISA; Alexandria, VA) has released a statement regarding the upcoming ISA Sign Expo and concerns surrounding the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus. The event is slated to take place April 2-4 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

The association has released the following statement:

The COVID-19/Coronavirus is rapidly evolving and there are significant risks in both under-reacting and over-reacting to this complex and developing situation. Therefore, it’s important for ISA to make careful decisions, weighing all available information for any direct impact that this virus may or may not have on the show. In light of the US Government’s unprecedented actions and the travel restrictions already in place and our work with the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando regarding medical and sanitation processes that will be in place, ISA Sign Expo will be a safe environment for our community to convene.

Be assured, the safety of our participants at the show is our highest priority and we are closely monitoring the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and will fully comply with all official requirements.
