Mega Media Concepts (Sparta, NJ) is introducing six new “green” materials that serve diverse signage and graphics applications. Offerings include:

• Eco-Acrylic Frosted, a P95 (Plexiglas®) alternative that comprises 4 x 8-ft. sheets made fro 20 to 70% recycled material that’s printable on both sides and available up to ½ in. thick;

• Composite-wood panels, which are made from 100% recycled kirei board, wheatboard, bamboo and other hard-surface varieties;

• Eco-FRP, an outdoor-grade, soft-sided material that reportedly provides photographic-quality for banners, POP and signage;

• Eco-Resin plastic-sheet material, which is made from 100% recycled resins that’s designed for signage and wall graphics and sold in 4 x 10-ft. sheets up to 5/8 in. thick;

• Eco-Resin Bonded, a fortified version of Eco-Resin that can be used for self-supporting panels, is sold in 4 x 12-ft. sheets up to 1-in. thick, and can be installed directly to studs;

• And, Eco-Light, a Forest Stewardship Council-certified paper designed for large-format graphics that’s fully recycled, can be printed double-sided, and is sold as a translucent or opaque material.
