Monadnock Paper Mills (Bennington, NH) has developed Envi Wallgraphics, a sustainable alternative to vinyl stocks for murals, wallcoverings and decals. Made with 10% post-consumer recycled fiber, this substrate is manufactured carbon neutral with 100% renewable electricity and also meets California state code 01350 governing indoor-air requirements, the company states. Envi Wallgraphics are pre-pasted for simplified hanging and removal. The company also offers Envi backlist posters, which also contain post-consumer recycled fiber, and are designed to provide superior color resolution and print fidelity of backlit displays, with excellent thermal stability and outstanding resistance to moisture.
