Steve Aust Signs of the Times October 2013 Issue

It’s no secret that the ST staff loves vintage signage. So, I was very excited to learn about Vintage Sign Fans Unite!, a Facebook group with approximately 200 members. It’s a closed group, so you’ll have to ask the admin for admission. It’s a group geared towards photographers, but their appreciation of sign history evidently equals hours.

Here’s a gallery of some recent posts on the page, with credit given to the group member who submitted the photographs. Not surprisingly, several have a connection to Route 66; what better source for classic-sign inspiration than the Mother Road?
