Pivot Decorative Materials Co. Ltd. (Jiangyin, China) is introducing i-Bond composite material, which comprises a base layer of heavy-duty aluminum alloy, a non-toxic, low-density, polyethylene core, and PVDF surface coating decorated with polyester paint. The company offers the outdoor-grade panels 0.08 to 0.24 in. thick, 39 to 62 in, wide and up to 19 ft. long. The material may be digitally printed, cut, slotted, bent, contour-cut or roll-bent.
