Principal Industries (San Angelo, TX) announced the acquisition of HanleyLED, a Grimco exclusive brand of premium LEDs for signs and displays, according to the press release. This will strengthen and diversify Principal Industries’ commercial sign and display product portfolio, while enabling more choices and greater flexibility for customers. Principal Industries and Grimco have entered into a distribution agreement encompassing all five Principal Industries brands of sign supply products, according to the press release.

“This agreement with Grimco provides customers greater access to Principal Industries’ LED signage and architectural solutions, industry-leading layout software tools and services through Grimco’s network of 65+ branches across North America,” Todd Fiske, CEO of Principal Industries, is quoted in the press release.

“We are very excited about this acquisition and partnership with Principal Industries,” Keith Pittillo, CEO of Grimco, is quoted in the press release. “As a full distributor of the Principal Industries product line, Grimco will be able to provide an even better experience for our customer base with a more robust offering of electrical products and services. We believe the HanleyLED brand is now in great hands to continue its growth and expansion in the industry.”
